Self-Discovery Session — Session 1

Client Information Standard

Definition and Purpose

This session is designed to make your decision system, natural responses, and personal potential visible in a data-driven way. It is not a test result; it is a process of gaining self-awareness. The first session focuses only on awareness; the personal development plan is prepared in the second session.

Before the Session — Summary Report

Before we begin, you will receive a brief Summary Report based on your current data:

  • Written statement of the session goal and expectations
  • Short profile: temperament pre-read + ProEnneagram processor balance
  • List of 3–5 standout strengths among 136 potential abilities
  • Session framework: confidentiality, duration, flow

The Summary Report is awareness-oriented and does not include an action plan.

Session Structure (45 Minutes)

Time Section Purpose Client Takeaway
0–10 min Temperament Analysis See the innate decision core and triggers “By what and how do I decide?”
10–25 min ProEnneagram Alignment Table Recognise the mind–emotion–behaviour balance “What is dominant, what is in the background for me?”
25–40 min Reading the 136 Potential Abilities Make strong and limited areas visible “Which potential is my strength?”
40–45 min Summary and Awareness Clarify what has been learned Conclude with a short awareness statement

Note: Problem-solving, communication, leadership, etc. are addressed in subsequent sessions.

What We Will Do in This Session

  • Clarify the traits that feel accurate to me together with the consultant
  • Make my strengths visible
  • Notice limited and challenging areas
  • Interpret observations and data together
  • Define a short and clear awareness statement

What We Will Not Do in This Session

  • Judgement, labelling, or clinical assessment
  • Career guidance or a detailed written plan (covered in Session 2)
  • Broad exercises such as problem-solving/role analysis

Temperament Analysis — What Will I Learn?

  • My decision core and triggering situations
  • Strengths provided by my natural tendencies
  • Limitations where the same tendencies may challenge me

ProEnneagram Alignment Table — What Will I Learn?

  • Balance of my cognitive, emotional, and behavioural systems
  • Well-functioning processors and areas needing support
  • A holistic view of “How do I operate?”

136 Potential Abilities — SWOT Framework

Strengths

  • My standout potentials
  • Traits that raise energy and success

Areas for Development

  • Patterns I struggle with
  • Skills that can be strengthened with support

Opportunities

  • Contexts where I can use my strengths
  • New behaviours I can try in the short term

Threats

  • Risky reactions that emerge under strain
  • Patterns I should avoid

This SWOT is for awareness only; the action plan is prepared in Session 2.

At the End of the Session — Detailed Report

You will receive a Detailed Report at the end of the session:

  • Awareness statement and brief summary
  • Temperament and ProEnneagram balance summary (chart/table)
  • List of strong/limited areas across 136 potential abilities
  • SWOT summary (awareness only; plan in Session 2)

Client Rights and Ethical Assurance

  • All shared information is confidential
  • Data is not used or shared without my explicit consent
  • A respectful, non-judgemental, and safe environment is ensured
  • I have the right to pause the session at any time
  • Referral to an appropriate specialist is made when needed

What Comes Next

First Session Awareness only. We conclude with a brief awareness statement.

Second Session Personal development plan; concrete steps, metrics, and timeline for the selected area.

Optional Additional sessions on topics such as career, communication, and leadership.
