A Global Academic Collaboration Opportunity with CharacterIX
International Research & Application Call
CharacterIX Personality Inventory is an innovative organization that develops intelligent measurement algorithms and data-driven personality assessment models, produces psychometric-based technologies, and values scientific collaborations. We invite universities to multi-center research partnerships aimed at examining the cross-cultural validity of our system and producing international scientific publications. This collaboration has strong potential to contribute to psychometric science and bring innovative measurement technologies into academia.
This call is based on comparing the classical Likert results of our validation study conducted in 2018 with 21,140 participants with the findings of our current intelligent measurement error correction system.
Target Countries & Application Languages
The research can be conducted in the following languages and in collaboration with universities in related countries:

If desired, cross-cultural comparative research between universities and languages is also possible.
Research Objectives
The objectives of this new scientific study are to:
- Compare classical Likert analyses with results obtained through the intelligent algorithm,
- Examine the scientific effectiveness of the automated measurement error correction system,
- Analyze response behavior across different cultures,
- Strengthen multi-center scientific collaborations among universities.
Measurement Approach & Intelligent Algorithm
Classical Measurement Method
The inventory uses the following Likert-type options:
- Strongly Agree
- Somewhat Agree
- No Opinion
- Disagree
Response Behavior Analysis
Our intelligent algorithm evaluates response patterns that traditional analyses may overlook:
- Inconsistency: Responses to contradictory statements,
- Extreme Positivity Bias: Persistent selection of the most positive option,
- Avoidant Responding: Frequent use of “No Opinion” to avoid clarity,
- Response Differentiation: The level of distinction between different statements,
- (Additional behavioral indicators may be included upon academic request.)
Expected Academic Contributions
By comparing the classical results of 2018 with the current algorithmic findings:
- The positive impact of intelligent algorithms on measurement quality can be demonstrated,
- The effect of response strategies on personality profiles can be better understood,
- New concepts, models, and discussions can be introduced to the field of psychometrics.
Publications resulting from this collaboration will be referenced in CharacterIX’s future academic studies.
