Dilek Yücedağ

Graduated from METU Guidance and Psychological Counseling. A specialist in psychodrama and counseling, she leads guidance services, parent education, and consultant training programs. As the scientific architect of ProEnneagram®-based analysis, she shapes CharacterIX’s human-centered vision.

Aykut Yıldırım

With 30+ years of experience in ERP and data management technologies, he developed the intelligent system enabling the measurement of 136 potential competencies. As a co-founder, he drives CharacterIX’s digital transformation vision.
