Objective: To equip participants with critical thinking, the ability to ask the right questions, and effective analysis skills.
Target Audience: Those who wish to recognise cause-effect relationships and enhance their ability to see the big picture.
Recommended Tools and Methods: Group discussion platforms, role plays, simulations, interactive tests and assessment tools, case analyses.


What Does the Training Include?

1. Critical and Inquisitive Thinking: The ability to approach information critically, question its accuracy, and evaluate events from different perspectives.
2. Inquiry Techniques: The ability to ask open-ended questions; data- and information-focused inquiry methods.
3. Creative and Critical Thinking: The ability to develop questions that foster innovation; generating new ideas and evaluating them critically.
4. Critical Thinking and Cognitive Biases: Logical errors made during the thinking and decision-making processes; strategies to overcome these biases.
5. Inquiry in Problem Solving: The ability to ask the right questions in the problem-solving process; techniques to identify the root causes of problems; the ability to define problems correctly and develop solutions.
