What Does the Training Include?

4. Empathy in Leadership:
Ability to understand the emotional states of team members; using empathetic communication skills to motivate team members; techniques for building trust and cohesion within a team.

Skill in developing human-centred business processes; ability to establish empathetic communication with customers.
6. Human-Centered Organisational Culture:
The ability to create a company culture where individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds can work in harmony and trust.
