What Does the Training Include?
1. Creating a Vision and Envisioning the Future: The steps of the vision development process; the skill to create a good vision; the ability to envision the future and align it with business goals.
2. Strategic Thinking:
Strategic thinking skills; factors to consider when formulating a strategy.
3. Defining a Strategic Roadmap:
The ability to set long-term goals to realize the vision and create a strategic plan to achieve these goals.
4. Anticipating Change and Innovation:
The ability to predict market and technological changes in advance; techniques for developing innovative and creative ideas that support the vision; methods to integrate the vision into changing organizational processes.
5. Strategic Leadership and Being Visionary:
The strategic perspectives and other attributes of inspirational visionary leaders; the ability to communicate the vision clearly and effectively as a leader and motivate team members according to that vision; the competence to direct teams towards strategic goals; methods to align leadership and management styles with strategic goals.
