Invitation options

Option How it works
Single-Use Access Code
Invite · Recommended
Generates a password for one specific person. The inventory can be completed only once, and you can also set a date limit if you wish.
General Access Code
Code link
A shared password. Anyone who opens the link can complete the inventory with the same password.
The General Access Code is not recommended Anyone who gets the link can complete the inventory, and each use is deducted from your rights. If the code is passed on to others, the person who shared it is responsible until characterIX® is notified. For invitations, use the Single-Use Access Code.
What’s next Track the invitation you sent on the My Inventory Invitations page (Section 2) and the resulting report on the Reports page (Section 3).
