Defining herself as a “traveler” in this world since birth, Leyla Taşdemir has shaped her life journey around the motivation to create value and contribute positively to society. Guided by this vision, she fulfilled her childhood dream of becoming a teacher and for many years served as a guiding light for her students, offering not only knowledge but also direction and inspiration.

As the world evolved and new generations began to change, her desire to understand young people more deeply led her to the field of coaching. When she encountered the core philosophy of coaching, which is accepting the individual as whole and complete, creating space for self discovery through powerful questions rather than advice, and supporting change and transformation through inner resources, she recognized a deep alignment with her own values.

She completed her professional coaching education and obtained the MYK Coaching Certificate, officially recognized in Türkiye. With the goal of becoming an internationally accredited coach, she successfully completed the required accreditation and credentialing processes and earned the title of AC/PC Certified Professional Coach.

Believing strongly in the impact of self-awareness on personal transformation, she received training in the CharacterIX Inventory and integrated this powerful assessment tool into her professional practice, expanding her expertise as a CharacterIX Consultant.

Today, she continues to accompany students throughout their school life, exam preparation periods, and career planning journeys, providing a safe and supportive space for them to discover their potential. In addition, through parent coaching, she supports families by offering new perspectives that foster awareness, balance, and healthier relationships with their children.

Married and a mother of three daughters, Leyla Taşdemir carries a growth and transformation oriented perspective into both her professional and personal life, centering her work on supporting individuals in courageously building their own paths.
