21st Century Competencies Module
One of the most discussed topics in the business and education worlds, 21st-century competencies are reported through 14 potentials defined by the CharacterIX reporting system. Organisations can create customised reports by adding or removing the potentials of their choice via the selection screen.
Summary Analysis
This section displays the result of the data analysis from the report generated after the inventory application. It is the introductory part, which we refer to as the person's "fingerprint"—demonstrating their uniqueness—and includes numerical and verbal expressions measuring the proximity of the personality distribution to the primary temperament.
Inventory Results Page
This page displays the outcome of the data analysis of the answers given by individuals to 72+1 questions, using the terms from the CharacterIX personality inventory group. It also features a section that explains the reasons for insufficient internal consistency data and provides information on retaking the inventory.
Individual Analysis
An intelligent algorithm reports an individual’s well-utilised and underutilised potentials, as well as potential risks, along with social compatibility values, based on 136 factors across 3 subdivisions, using both numerical and verbal expressions. In addition, coaching questions are provided for each potential.
Compatibility Table Module
This module explains the distribution of temperamental features presented in the “Summary Analysis” module according to the personality types on which the CharacterIX® Global methodology is based, and it provides information about all personality types. It also supplies information for the “Compatibility Table” module included in the corporate report.
Thought Style Module
This module reports on an individual's mental model and primary thinking style by highlighting its distinctive features. It helps to understand the attitudes adopted in different situations and the processes by which these attitudes transform into behaviour, as well as to identify other underlying thinking styles that affect these processes.
Communication Style Module
This module provides information about individuals’ communication styles through three different subdivisions. The communication potentials are based on the most researched communication concepts in the literature. The headings "Communication Style" and "Avoidances" report on the topics the individual prioritises and those they try to avoid in communication.
Development Recommendations Module
This module consists of three sub-divisions containing unique recommendations that contribute to an individual’s development process. Under the titles ‘Initial Recommendations’, ‘Noticing for a More Peaceful Life’, and ‘Expectations from People in Your Close Environment’, it serves as a valuable guide, especially for consultants.
Problem Solving Approach Module
This module provides information about an individual's problem-solving ability. It consists of three subdivisions. The sections ‘Problem Solving Potentials’ and ‘Basic Problem’ together report the attitudes and behaviours the individual adopts when facing any problem. The third section, ‘Problem Solving Approaches,’ explains how the individual applies their problem-solving skills.
Dominant Identity Card Module
This module is the most practical information provider for individuals. For the evaluator, it contains general information that allows for a quick overview of the person and a bird’s-eye view of them. The module consists of 19 headings. It describes the individual using adjectives and short sentences and does not include numerical data.
Work Life Development Recommendations Module
This module provides information on the unique talents that stand out in individuals' work lives. Additionally, it reports on the evaluation of the individual's sense of responsibility—an indispensable aspect of professional life. It is also enriched with personalised career advice.
Leadership Module
This module, consisting of 4 different pages, provides customised evaluations regarding your leadership potential, style, and qualities, as well as your focus areas and objectives in leadership. It offers communication tips for your colleagues and management advice for you personally. Through this module, you can create a leadership model unique to your organisation.
Motivation Style Module
This module reveals an individual's motivation style and operates entirely in a personalised manner. It identifies situations that motivate the person and those that disrupt their motivation. It explains the individual's fundamental dilemmas and, based on their core drives, outlines the attitudes and behaviours they exhibit.
Teamwork Attitude Module
This module reports an individual’s attitude towards teamwork by referencing their potentials and the competencies required for effective team collaboration. It also identifies the values that the person prioritises and provides information about the teamwork style they adopt based on those values.
Potential Risks Under Stress
This module evaluates the attitudes and behaviours exhibited by an individual in managing their fundamental fears. It reports on the assessment of how the individual expresses themselves when experiencing intense stress.
Displayed Features When Relaxed
This page reports the attitudes and behaviours exhibited by an individual when their fundamental fears and anxieties are overcome and they are very relaxed. It becomes especially significant in situations involving interpersonal relationships, such as teamwork.
Learning Style and Environments Module
This module is designed for both adults and students, evaluating and reporting on the fundamental desires that reveal your learning style. Additionally, it provides holistic, personalised information about the ideal learning environment, communication style in education, and learning style.
This Person Compatibility Module
This module provides information on key points to consider when communicating with the individual included in the inventory. It offers communication tips to establish a good and effective dialogue with this person. Notably, this module has gained significant importance during the pandemic for fostering healthy communication and building harmonious relationships.
Strengths and Easily Performed Tasks Module
This module consists of four sub-divisions. It provides information about the individual's primary positive emotion and standout talent. Additionally, by analysing the person's core thought structure and how they define themselves, it reports on the tasks they perform well and with ease, along with their key attributes.
Professional Personality Types Module
It reports the Holland professional personality type, from the strongest to the least strong, based on data obtained after the CharacterIX® Global application. Each professional personality type is detailed with its sub-divisions, and individuals can view their own potential distributions through the "Professional Personality Types" module.
Sales Potential Sample Potentials
The “Sales Potential” page, determined by selections from the CharacterIX Competency Selection Screen, is an example created to showcase the talents in the inventory. This feature allows you to create customised competency sets for job or task profiles specific to your organisation.
Manager Potential Sample Potentials
The "Manager Potential" page, determined by selections from the CharacterIX Competency Selection Screen, is an example created to showcase the talents in the inventory. This feature enables you to create competency sets for your organisation’s specific job or task profiles.
Emotional Intelligence Module
Emotional intelligence, one of the most discussed concepts in the business and education worlds, is reported through 9 potentials as defined by the CharacterIX reporting system. Organisations can create customised reports by adding or removing the potentials of their choice via the selection screen.
Individual Training Recommendations Module
This unique "Individual Training Recommendations" module performs a personalised training needs analysis after the CharacterIX® Global application and reports a total of six training titles with their contents, ranging from the most needed to the least needed.
Education and Friendships Module
This module provides reports on the information and core desires related to students’ educational life and friendship relationships, which are especially significant during adolescence. The evaluation, containing hints about the educational journey, offers valuable insights for school life.
How Should Parents Approach Module
Adolescence is a period during which communication must be well-managed. The attitudes and behaviours shown towards young people preparing for exams are especially critical for understanding them and establishing effective communication. This module serves as a guide for parents who wish to build a meaningful relationship with their children.
Guidance and Counselling Information Module
For school guidance services and other professionals providing counselling, this module evaluates information regarding the student's risks, exam processes, active motivations, and fundamental desires to deliver customised reports. It is also a unique and specialised module offering solution suggestions.
Career Guide
This uniquely performing module, through reports generated after the vocational orientation inventory, directly connects to the Career Guide, enabling individuals to make career choices by presenting names of 4-6-year university and associate degree programmes. It provides a comprehensive 10-page report ranging from the most suitable career for the individual to those that might pose challenges.
Work Ethic Sample Potentials
The "Work Ethic" page, determined by selections from the CharacterIX Competency Selection Screen, was created as a sample page to showcase the talents in the student inventory. It serves as a guide to evaluate students' study habits and to undertake the necessary efforts.
Human Resources Corporate Report Module
It reports the institution's position in the overall data pool and the distribution of personality types within the organisation in percentages. This is expressed through the institution's SWOT analysis, harmony table, determination of institution-specific training needs, and corresponding training recommendations. Consultancy-Coaching-Mentoring

Training Needs Analysis
With the ‘Corporate Training Recommendations’ module, which provides a unique service, it can perform an analysis of the training needs of employees or the organisation without requiring extra resource usage, and it can report a total of nine trainings, ranging from the most needed to the least needed.
